In the past, you may have used the GRAPHIC command to draw a box or line.
In Hyperion's 11.1 documentation, it recommends against use the GRAPHIC command, as it may be deprecated in future releases.
The command to replace your GRAPHIC code is called DRAW. After experimenting with this command, I found it much easier to use, as well as additional features such as Fill Color and OVAL.

Converting your GRAPHIC to DRAW
Most of the conversion consists of moving the third variable in the parenthesis to the width option. In addition, The two variables after BOX become HEIGHTand RULE respectively.
GRAPHIC (1,4,60) BOX 3 20
DRAW (1, 4) TYPE=BOX WIDTH=60 HEIGHT=3 RULE=20
